Veneficium | Absinthe . Hemlock . Papyrus

The Latin Veneficium is the magic of poisons for the power of both good and ill; a paradoxical definition of a toxin wherein elements of both destruction and healing are present. To the sorcerer, poison is the ingress of external power initiating crisis; and as with all destabilising power, the repercussions can create or destroy; liberate or repress, illuminate or obscure*.

Our Veneficium perfume oil forms a firey crucible between the forbidden foliage and the sacred healers; an aromatic grimoire of sorts. This mysteriously twisted fougère rushes the skin with a leafy green and herbaceous opening, spiked with clove leaf, wormwood + ritual herbs, turning the page into a sweet fragrant heart of cannabis leaf, cedar + papyrus, before sinking slowly into a courmarinic conjuration of velvety moss-covered earth and cauldron baked roots.

Elements - absinthe, cannabis leaf, blue hemlock, lavandin, blood cedarwood

What to Expect - herbaceous, leafy green fougère, skews masculine

REVIEW

" Veneficium starts sharply herbaceous, then settles on a cloud of tobacco that passes by so deeply that it constantly brushes the tops of the fir trees. Other conifers such as cedar and pine also do their work here. A flight in intoxication made like with absinthe. Beneath that you get minty smokey notes; the whole forest then wrapped in a warm cloth. That's how it feels to me. My favourite of this brand and an absolute recommendation"

Apply a small amount to your pulse points {wrists, neck, inner elbows}
Gently dab your wrists together to enable the oil to settle into your skin, do not rub frantically, this friction produces heat which can change the way the scent performs on your skin.
