Our e-Gift Cards are delivered by email directly to your special someone and have no expiration date.

▿ Next, in the space provided, enter in the recipient's name, email address + a short personalised message so we can email it directly to them.
▵ If you would rather print out the e-Gift Card yourself and personally deliver it, enter YOUR email address instead.
Your e-Gift Card will be personalised + sent out to the email address you provided within 12 hours of purchase (unless you have requested to schedule an alternative delivery date), along with simple instructions on how the recipient may redeem them at checkout.

▵ Spiritwoods e-Gift Cards have no expiration date and are valid for all products across the website (excluding shipping costs)
▿+ e-Gift Cards are nonrefundable and cannot be transferred, exchanged or resold and cannot be redeemed for cash.
▵ You may not use a Spiritwoods e-Gift Card to purchase another e-Gift Card
▿ We are not responsible for Gift Cards that are undeliverable or not received due to the provision of an inaccurate email address for the recipient. Please double check to make sure the email address of the recipient is correct and contact us at your earliest opportunity if you suspect the recipient did not receive his/her Gift Card.
▵ Ownership and risk of loss of Spiritwoods e-Gift Cards passes to the purchaser as soon as we send our confirmation to the recipient. We cannot be held responsible for lost or undelivered Gift Cards
▿ If you have confirmed the recipient's email address but the Spiritwoods e-Gift Card has not been viewed within a reasonable period after purchase, following is a list of the most common reasons why delivery may have failed:
1. Spam filter blocked email or routed it to a bulk/spam folder
2. Recipient's firewall blocked the email
3. Email inbox has exceeded its size limit
4. Invalid email address. If a spam filter is blocking our emails from getting to the recipient’s inbox, the email options/settings of the recipient will need to be modified so that our emails are not considered spam.
